Holly and I got to be really creative on this one.
She played most instruments, and I did most the arranging.
I got to play a scale made up of wine glasses filled with differing amounts of water!
And big brother Garrett got to turn it all in for a grade at the end.
I think that most people miss their college days.
I usually don't. But I miss the time we spent in the studio. Like when we recorded this song.
I could never pull "all-nighters" to cram for a test.
Messing up my sleep schedule that much would always make me pretty ill.
BUT - I could do a midnight to 8am studio session, and show up for class at 9am and be fine.
There's just nothing like recording... Especially with good friends and family.
I never feel more alive then when I'm recording.
lyrics
O come, O come all ye faithful joyful and triumphant,
O come ye, O come ye, to Bethlehem.
Come and behold Him, born the King of angels;
Refrain
O come, let us adore Him,
O come, let us adore Him,
O come, let us adore Him,
Christ the Lord.
O Sing, sing choirs of angels, sing in exultation;
Sing, all ye citizens of heaven above!
Glory to God, all glory in the highest;
Refrain
Yea, Lord, we greet Thee, born this happy morning;
Jesus, to Thee be glory given;
Word of the Father, now in flesh appearing.
Refrain
